Amazing Amazing DEIB Edutainment™ Experience takes participants on a learning journey using the transformative power of the arts. Over this two-day experience, we’ll unravel complex issues, foster life-long learning, and build community. Using theater, film, comedy, dance, music, and literary arts, we’ll strengthen our shared humanity and build greater human connectivity while teaching four diversity competencies-- holding multiple realities, perspectives, and identities; moving from certainty to curiosity; connecting intention and impact; and using social privilege for mutual benefit. We’ll sharpen our thinking, challenge our assumptions, expand our world views, and enlighten and inspire each other to create workplaces and communities that benefit everyone.
