Shadow consulting provides coaching and support for the organization’s most critical and pressing needs for achieving diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. The sessions can be used for interpretation of data, strategic planning support, guidelines recommendations, review of communications, inclusion programming suggestions, recruitment and retention strategies, and management of difficult conversations and interventions related to equity and inclusion.

When it comes to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in organizations, the old adage remains true: what doesn’t get measured, doesn’t get done and what gets measured matters. DIBS is an online assessment tool that captures data on (1) member engagement and their sense of belonging; (2) the inclusive characteristics of the organizational culture; and (3) the degree to which diverse groups experience inclusion.
